URGENT: Notice to all users - Changes to creating a proposal and entering site location

We are currently having issues with the address, eastings and northings, and map search functions on the site. We have disabled these options.

Users creating a new Proposal or changing the Site Location of an existing Proposal WILL NOW have to use the "Enter Address" option and then select their authority and manually enter their site address.

We will be producing guidance on this in the next few days. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
