The Building (Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 2004 set the fees that are charged by verifiers for building warrant submissions, including those for completion certificates where a building warrant was not obtained when it should have been.  Further information on the building standards fees system can be found in section 3.13 of the Procedural Handbook.
